This Scenario from  Remote call Control (RCC), while your desk phone is ringing, Lync Client will pop up telling about your Lync Presence. and if you click Pop up Lync Client the desk phone will answer the call on your desk phone.

but RCC not supported Dial Plan, dial plan only support enterprise voice. but sometime any client must be set to dial plan with any reason one of them is easy user to use Lync RCC.

fortunately, although RCC not supported to dial plan, you can configure with edit Normalization in Company Phone Number Normalization Rules.txt files.

below Step by step :

Copy file Sampe_Company_Phone_Number_Normalization_Rules you can get this file from C:\Program Files\Microsoft Lync Server 2010\Web Components\Address Book Files\Files

copy this file and paste to the share Lync Fileimage

you can get locate share lync file from the topology builder

paste to \\share\1-Webservices-1\ABFiles  and rename to Company_Phone_Number_Normalization_Rules

double click this files and edit to change normalization rules.

For Example:

+65 ==> change to 9007765

If I type +65123456 in lync client it will be change to 9007765123456

if I type +62123456 in Lync Client it will be change to 90123456
