Mobile Device not connected to Exchange 2013


One of my client upgrade from Exchange 2007 to Exchange 2013, we have already build exchange 2013 for 1 Mailbox and 1 CAS.

Some Mailbox has been moving to New Exchange 2013, users can open their Email using Microsoft Outlook and Office Web Apps.

but if their open using mobile device, the device get something error:

Cannot Get Mail, The connection to the server failed."

the solution is simple you only enable inherited permission security on Active Directory like picture below:
